  1. PAYMENT POLICY
  • Full payment must be made before license processing begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • DVLA test bookings and license processing will not be initiated until all outstanding fees have been paid in full.
  • No refunds will be issued once an application has been submitted to the DVLA or any other third-party agency.
  • If a student cancels before documents are submitted to the DVLA, a 20% administrative fee will be deducted from any refundable amount.
  • If a cohort registration is cancelled before the commencement of the cohort, a 20% administrative fee will be charged on the course fee.
  • Cohort registrations cannot be cancelled once a student has attended or commenced classes.
  • Consequently, no refund shall be issued under such circumstances.
  • Training packages are non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold, or transferred to another person
  1. TRAINING STRUCTURE (COHORT SYSTEM)
  • Theory classes operate under a structured cohort system.
  • New cohorts commence at least once a month
  • Official theory class time is 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM.
  • Students are required to follow the assigned cohort schedule.
  • Requests to join a different cohort may be considered subject to availability and management approval.
  1. COURSE COMPLETION TIMELINE
  • Weekday students are required to complete their training within four (4) months of registration.
  • Students will be provided with an expected road training completion date based on the training schedule and instructor availability. Students who are unable to complete their training by this date may be required to be rescheduled, subject to instructor availability.
  • Any training extending beyond the validity period will attract an extension fee as determined by the school.
  • Any unused lessons remaining after the validity period shall expire unless a formal extension has been approved by the school.
  • All students are required to successfully complete the school’s final assessment before their license application is processed or their license is released to them.
  • Failure to attend scheduled training sessions may affect the student’s completion timeline and may result in additional scheduling delays.
  1. ATTENDANCE & RESCHEDULING
  • Students must arrive at least 10 minutes before scheduled lessons.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • A standard practical lesson time is 45 minutes unless otherwise stated.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the lesson.
  • Repeated lateness or absenteeism may lead to suspension or restructuring of lessons.
  1. PRACTICAL TEST READINESS
  • We reserve the right to determine when a student is ready for the DVLA test.
  • Test booking may be postponed if the student is deemed not practically prepared.
  • We provide professional instruction and preparation but this does not guarantee that a student will pass any DVLA examination.
  1. LICENSING & TIMELINES
  • All timelines provided are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Timelines begin from the date of complete registration.
  • Plastic card production and collection dates are controlled by the DVLA and may experience delays.
  • Delays caused by DVLA or external agencies do not qualify for refunds.
  1. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Students must provide valid and accurate documentation.
  • The instructor has full authority during all training sessions. Students must comply with safety instructions at all times.
  • Reckless, unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination without refund.
  1. VEHICLE DAMAGE
  • LMS login details are confidential and must not be shared.
  • All course materials remain the intellectual property of Achilinks Driving School.
  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of materials is prohibited.
  • Student data is handled securely and shared only where required for official processing (e.g., DVLA).
  1. DIGITAL LEARNING & DATA USE
  • LMS login details are confidential and must not be shared.
  • All course materials remain the intellectual property of Achilinks Driving School.
  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of materials is prohibited.
  • Student data is handled securely and shared only where required for official processing (e.g., DVLA).
  1. COMMUNICATION
  • Official updates will be sent via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
  • Students are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
  • Failure to check messages does not invalidate notices sent.
  1. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
  • Complaints must be submitted in writing via email at frontdesk@achilinksdrivingschool.com
  • or WhatsApp at 0531511670 within seven (7) days of the incident.
  • We will acknowledge receipt within one (1) working day and aim to respond fully within two (2) working days.
  • Verbal complaints submitted without written documentation may not be formally processed.
  1. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • DVLA system outages
  • Strikes or industrial action
  • Vehicle breakdowns
  • Instructor illness
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public emergencies or pandemics
  1. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
  • Achilinks School respects the privacy of its students and is committed to protecting personal information collected during registration and training.
  • Personal information provided by students (such as names, contact details, identification information, and training records) will be used only for administrative and training purposes, including communication, lesson scheduling, and licensing processes.
  • We will not share or disclose personal information to third parties, except where required for service delivery (such as licensing procedures), required by law, or with the student’s consent.
  • We may take photographs or videos during training sessions or school activities for training, promotional, or marketing purposes, including use on social media, websites, and promotional materials. This will be done subject to consent granted by the student. Consent may be withdrawn within 7 days after photographs or videos have been taken.
  • We will take reasonable measures to ensure that student information is stored securely and handled responsibly.
  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

By making payment, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Service Terms & Condition.
